Our Story

Pathors began with a moment that should have been simple.

When our rental car broke down, all we needed was basic assistance. Instead, we found ourselves trapped behind layers of IVR menus, repeated prompts, and a long queue of callers ahead of us. It took far too long to reach a human who could follow a straightforward SOP and help us get back on the road.

That experience made one truth impossible to ignore: the phone remains the easiest way for customers to seek help, yet the systems behind those calls are outdated and inefficient.
